La presente Norma si applica agli aspirapolvere elettrici per uso domestico o che sono usati in condizioni simili a quelle domestiche.
Essa definisce le caratteristiche essenziali che devono avere le prestazioni degli aspirapolvere e che sono importanti per gli utilizzatori. Vengono quindi descritti i metodi per la verifica e la misura di tali caratteristiche.
Le prove descritte nella norma sono raggruppate nelle seguenti categorie:
– Prove di aspirazione a secco (rimozione della polvere da pavimenti, da tappeti, da pareti, rimozione di fibre, rimozione di fili, ecc.)
– Prove di pulizia con aspirazione di liquidi (pulizia ed asciugatura di tappeti, valutazione dell’efficacia della pulizia, misure colorimetriche, ecc.)
– Prove Varie (Resistenza allo spostamento, raggio d’azione, flessibilità del tubo, livello di rumore, urti, scosse, deformazione dei tubi, tempo di pulizia, ecc.)
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60312; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 9407E di luglio 2008, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.
