La presente Norma contiene le prescrizioni relative ai metodi di prova di conduttori isolati per gli avvolgimenti nelle apparecchiature elettriche.
In particolare essa specifica le seguenti prove:
– resistenza elettrica;
– tensione di perforazione;
– continuità di isolamento;
– fattore dielettrico di dissipazione;
– rivelazione delle microfessure.
Rispetto alla precedente edizione e sue Varianti, di cui costituisce revisione tecnica, il presente documento contiene, tra le altre, le seguenti aggiunte/modifiche:
– modificata la prova di continuità di isolamento;
– aggiunti chiarimenti alla prova di tensione di perforazione.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60851-5; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 9649E di febbraio 2009, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.
