La presente Norma riguarda i dispositivi di visualizzazione (display) a diodi organici ad emissione luminosa.
In questa norma sono indicati i metodi delle prove ambientali per valutare la durata di vita dei dispositivi di visualizzazione (display) a diodi organici ad emissione luminosa. Le prove ambientali riguardano l’uso e l’immagazzinamento di tali display sotto determinate condizioni ambientali.
La Norma indica le condizioni ambientali standard e le prove ambientali previste: immagazzinamento ad alta e a bassa temperatura, funzionamento ad alta e a bassa temperatura, caldo umido in fase operativa e non ed in fase ciclica, stress termico, esposizione solare, bassa pressione atmosferica, ESD.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
