La presente Guida si applica alla manutenzione degli impianti elettrici utilizzatori in bassa tensione. In essa sono trattate anche le sole manovre in alta tensione, limitatamente alla gestione delle cabine elettriche.
La Guida contiene le indicazioni relative alla manutenzione degli impianti elettrici di bassa tensione allo scopo di favorire il mantenimento nel tempo dei requisiti di sicurezza previsti dalle Norme CEI e, più ingenerale, dalla regola dell'arte. Essa può essere utilizzata anche quale riferimento per l'applicazione delle prescrizioni relative alla manutenzione prevista nella documentazione di progetto degli impianti elettrici conformemente alla Guida CEI 0-2.
