La presente Guida CEI ha lo scopo di fornire un supporto alle Aziende che devono affrontare il passaggio dall’approccio per funzioni a quello per processi, come previsto nelle nuove norme ISO 9000:2000.
In particolare la Guida approfondisce gli aspetti più complessi relativi all’identificazione e gestione dei processi, fornisce chiarimenti circa la misura dell’efficacia ed efficienza dei processi, indica i criteri per la definizione e gestione degli indicatori che misurano efficacia ed efficienza dei processi.
Vengono inoltre forniti numerosi esempi degli indicatori per diverse tipologie di aziende settore Elettrotecnico ed Elettronico.
