La presente Pubblicazione contiene guide all'utilizzazione di apparati laser. Tali guide sono destinate a completare la Norma CEI 76-2 che recepisce il Documento di Armonizzazione CENELEC HD 482 S1 (IEC 825
1984) riguardante la sicurezza delle radiazioni di apparati laser, nelle loro diverse utilizzazioni. La presente serie di Guide ha lo scopo di fornire all'utilizzatore criteri di applicazione che permettano l'uso appropriato delle apparecchiature laser. Data la diversità delle utilizzazioni si è ritenuto opportuno fornire criteri d'impiego specifici prendendo in esame le applicazioni di maggior rilievo. Vengono presentate in questa prima Pubblicazione le guide seguenti:

Guida per le applicazioni di apparati laser per misure industriali, civili e ambientali; presentazioni di immagini e giochi di luce.
C
Guida per le applicazioni di apparati laser a sistemi di telecomunicazioni e di trasmissioni dati per mezzo di fibre ottiche.
D
Guida per le applicazioni cliniche di apparati laser medicali. Per tutte le applicazioni che non rientrano nelle categorie suddette valgono i criteri d'uso di tipo generale indicati nella Guida B in quanto applicabile.
La presente Norma costituisce la ristampa senza modifiche, secondo il nuovo progetto di veste editoriale, della Norma pari numero ed edizione (Fascicolo 1284 G).
