La presente Specifica Tecnica si applica all’apparecchiatura di manovra e di comando per interno conforme alle norme CEI EN 62271-200 (con involucro metallico) e CEI EN 62271-201 (con involucro isolante) destinata ad essere impiegata in condizioni climatiche in ambienti interni più severe di quelle precisate dalle prescrizioni comuni per l’apparecchiatura ad alta tensione.
Con riferimento principalmente al comportamento dell’isolamento elettrico nei riguardi della condensazione e dell’inquinamento, la Specifica Tecnica propone due gradi di condizioni climatiche severe. Sono inoltre proposte procedure di prova per la valutazione dell’apparecchiatura in condizioni specificate per permettere di accertarne l’attitudine all’utilizzazione in tali condizioni di servizio severe.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
