La presente Norma riguarda i requisiti di immunità ai disturbi elettromagnetici dei ricevitori televisivi e radiofonici e degli apparecchi associati, destinati ad ambienti residenziali, commerciali e dell'industria leggera.
La Norma definisce i livelli di immunità e le relative modalità di misura con riferimento ad una gamma di frequenza da 0 Hz a 400 GHz e a disturbi elettromagnetici continui e transitori, di tipo condotto e irradiato, incluse le scariche elettrostatiche.
La Norma è applicabile anche all’immunità delle unità esterne dei sistemi di ricezione individuale da satellite (DTH).
