La presente Norma internazionale fa parte della serie IEC 60068 e fornisce una guida alla scelta tra vari metodi di prova alle vibrazioni stazionarie. I tipi di vibrazioni considerati sono :

– Miste F(x)
La norma descrive i diversi metodi di prova in condizioni di regime ed i loro scopi; i metodi di prova transitori non sono compresi.
Dato che le condizioni ambientali ed in particolare quelle dinamiche dell’oggetto in prova sono importanti per questo tipo di prove, la Norma aiuta a raccogliere informazioni relative appunto alle condizioni ambientali e per la valutazione delle condizioni dinamiche.
La Norma fornisce il metodo per la selezione della prova più appropriata.
