La presente Variante aggiorna la Norma EN 60335-2-42 relativa alla sicurezza elettrica per forni elettrici a ventilazione forzata, forni per cottura a vapore e forni combinati convezione-vapore per uso collettivo.
Le principali modifiche riguardano :
– Introduzione: vengono precisate le relazioni tra la Parte 1 e le Parti 2 delle norme e aspetti delle norme di tipo orizzontale.
– Cap. 6 Classificazione: Classificazione almeno IPX3 per apparecchi da tavolo.
– Cap. 7 Marcatura ed istruzioni: non applicabilità di istruzioni relative a disabili, persone inesperte, bambini, ecc.
Inserimento di marcature ed istruzioni contro il pericolo di ustioni e scottature.
– Cap.22 Costruzione: 22.101 Aggiornamento di specifiche relative ai dispositivi termici di interruzione trifasi e monofasi.
– Figura 102
Inserimento di una nuova figura per il segnale di pericolo di ustioni e scottature.
– Bibliografia: aggiunta di nuovi riferimenti.
