La presente Norma fa parte della serie IEC/EN 61193 che riguarda i sistemi di valutazione della qualità per componenti elettronici ed assiemi.
In particolare questa norma si occupa dell’ispezione su componenti, assiemi e moduli usati nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche.
In essa vengono fornite le specifiche per definire i piani di campionatura in base agli attributi ed assumendo che il numero di accettazione sia zero (Ac=0).
Il metodo di piano di campionatura descritto in questa Norma si applica per processi produttivi che hanno l’obiettivo di un livello di qualità “Zero Difetti” prima della fase di ispezione sui campioni.
Inoltre viene presentato un metodo per calcolare il valore atteso del limite di qualità statistico verificato (SVQL); questo metodo tra l’altro può essere usato per verificare l’efficienza del processo di controllo dei fornitori.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
